Small on purpose
We are Inés and Marco. We live on the ground floor, bake the bread for breakfast and know which beach is quiet on a windy day. Five rooms means we remember your name and how you take your coffee.

Before you book
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving later? Tell us and we leave a key box code. You can leave luggage with us before and after.
How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?
We ask for 30% to confirm, by bank transfer or card link, and the rest on arrival. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that the deposit is kept, or moved to new dates once.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome in the Blue Room and the Roof Suite, cots on request. We have a cat called Pimienta, so we do not accept other pets.
Is there parking?
The street is a residents' zone. We give you a free permit for the public car park 4 minutes away.
Why book directly instead of on a booking site?
Same rooms, about 12% lower price because we pay no commission, and you can talk to us before you decide.
