We start with what you have noticed and any worries, before anyone picks up an instrument.

Written plan
You leave with your options, the fees and what is urgent and what can wait.
Nervous about the dentist?
Tell us when you book. We can schedule a longer first appointment, agree on a stop signal, explain each step as we go and offer sedation for longer treatments. Many of our patients had not been to a dentist for years.

Good to know.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see children from their first tooth. Check-ups for under-16s are €30, and we keep appointments short and friendly.
How quickly can I get an emergency appointment?
We hold emergency slots every weekday morning and afternoon. Call as soon as we open and we will usually see you the same day.
How often should I have a check-up?
Most adults need a check-up every 6 to 12 months. We will recommend an interval based on your teeth and gums, not a fixed rule.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at €25.
